Today, an event to clean the beach area was held with the participation of Haa Dhaalu Atoll Education Center, Jalaluddin School, and Afeefuddin School. This was organized by the Kulhudhuffushi City Council, Maldives Authentic Crafts Cooperative Society (MACS), and Vemco Kulhudhuffushi. It's part of the "Fari Uthur" campaign under the "Sakeep Please" project, which aims to reduce single-use plastics and improve the island and its environment. A total of 530 kilos of waste was collected during this activity.
